Recruiter named Jonathan reached out to me on LinkedIn. I responded that I wasn’t really looking for anything right now but happy to hear about the position. Set up a call and he immediately disqualified me from the position. What he was looking for was to fill his funnel of candidates and to find me something quick. Again, told him I’m not actively looking. He asked for an updated resume which I told him since I’m not actively looking that I don’t have one but that my LinkedIn is updated.
