I signed a contract with Valon on December 18, 2020 along with his assistant named Ron. Valon failed to sell a beautiful apt. On Westchester Towers which is a prominent area in Westchester County. He eluded the majority of my calls, texts, emails and concerns. Few weeks ago I just found out his assistant Ton was let go Valon violated a disclosure of informing his departure as I was primarily dealing with him. My apt. RecommendedI worked with Valon in 2019. As a first time home buyer, I needed a real estate broker who was compassionate, patient, responsive, and who could communicate with me on a level that I understood. I got all of this and more from Valon Nikçi. He was phenomenal, promptly answering all of my questions (even the stupid ones), and being an incredible resource for me even after closing. I know that I will be using his services in the future, and I wholeheartedly recommend that you do as well.
Ron Krokovich was simply excellent. Always prompt and efficient. He made sure we got the apartment we wanted.
