Lived here for about 2 years and it's definitely the best value of living spaces in the downtown area. Parking garage, pool and social areas, ballpark across the street, etc - all make it a great place. Staff are friendly and know residents by name which is impressive. Take care of maintenance issues quickly and always look for feedback for the complex itself. Complex is well maintained and clean. This apartment complex was a no brainer to move into after seeing the spaces, meeting the staff, and exploring its location. I am going on my second year here and could not be happier! I know all of my neighbors and constantly am making new friends. It is the spot to live in Winston-Salem.
This is my second year living at the Link, and there is no other apartment complex I would consider. Staff is so friendly!
The only team in town that is faster than The Dash is the Grubb Properties Team...what a job!
