The leasing office is terribly unprofessional. The building is basically a crack house and they don't do anything about it.
The place is, overall, nice. However, there are some areas to improve upon. Price is outrageous for a one bedroom. The gym is missing weights so be prepared to go from 25 to 35 on the free weights. A LOT of dogs and they pee in the elevator. Expect to have to spend 20 minutes hunting for your package in the unorganized mailroom.
New, nicely designed apartments. Quiet. Heart of Beverly. 1 mile to the ocean. Catch every sunrise! Better yet, stay away. I will keep them as my well-guarded secret.
