I hit something tonight with a nail in it. My tire went flat really quick! I called several placed to see if someone could help me change it....I'm too old to change it myself lol...so I called Linhards...they had someone who could come out. Not only did the fix the tire, they filled it with air and I was done. 15 minutes to get to me, about 15 minuted to fix my tire, and paperwork. The only place I will take my vehicle for maintenance!
i would give it 10 stars if it were possible,i work there and i see and prior to me working there how much pride is taking into the happiness and satisfaction of the customers . working in the shop with the guys that are sooooo experienced and full if knowledge to share are always willing to help the other techs so no vehicle goes out the door in a condition thats gona make a customer unhappy.....i never seen anything like this in any shop i worked in before.i can honestly say not only do i love my owner but i love my job...... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. My family (including extended), my step family and a few friends will never be back. Recommended linhards to my boyfriend who got an estimate of $1500 and came out with his car more broken then it came in. After taking the car to 3 other shops they all quoted us around $600 for the same work. Not only would they have over charged us but they refused to fix what they had broken.
