My battery went dead at my office and Linhard's was supernaturally patient with the cumbersome security requirements it takes to get into our compound. The tow truck took less than a half hour to arrive and they had replaced the battery and done an oil change within a few hours- even without an appointment.

At 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday our horse trailer came unhooked from the truck and the hitch became stuck under the bumper of the truck. Hugo came out and helped lift the truck, reattach the trailer, and made sure everything was attached properly. He was so kind and was very reasonably priced!
