Went in for an upper lip wax. I came out of there red, waxy, and most importantly, still with hair on my lip. Everything was done in a hurry. She waxed about half of hair off and the rest she tried to pluck. The waxing was done without care and it hurt more than usual. They left wax residue that I had to scrape off, as it wouldn't come off with water. Needless to say, do not go there for waxing. If that happened with just lip, imagine other body parts. So much for being a "nice" salon.

this place is absolutely great . this one time, i went in last minute without an appointment, and 5minutes before closing time. They're GREAT. they stayed there until 8 doing my hand, feet and giving me a massage. i LOVE it. then i went to go do my hair about a week late, their service is great. They're so sweet. Yeah, the peole COULD be alot better, but hey. they get the job done, and they do it at YOUR comfort ! i ove this place.i would recommend it to EVERYONE. mattr a fact, im about to head over there right now (:

I had been waiting for a high-end salon to open up in my neck of the woods, and let's just say, I was not disappointed! 4000 square-ft of the latest equipment and technology to make you beautiful! Other salons that I've frequented were usually less than half that size. I walked in for my first manicure & pedicure the first week that the place opened in mid-August, and I've been coming back every 2 weeks since.
