I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and today was the worst experience ever! I got a new design on my nails and I wasn’t satisfied so I asked my nail tech JAYCE to remove it. He removed and repainted my nails so aggressively I thought I was tripping. Once he finished my nails he literally got up and walked away without saying anything. Hit or miss I've been a couple times over the last couple months and I think it's finally time to stop giving them chances the customer service isnt bad but it's never exactly good I feel like the men in the salon rush there work the last guy I went too didn't even prep my nails correctly before putting the tips on then when I asked why he didn't properly prep them he said it will be fine and that's extra work my whole experience at this salon feels rushed I come to the salon to relax not feel like I'm bothering someone who ... read more
