I have pretty intense dental anxiety from experiences as a child, which can cause panic attacks and tears due to fear. Though I have struggled to find a place that listens to my fear, every staff member I have come across goes out of the way to make me feel comfortable as well as listens to me when I explain my fear or how much Novacaine I will probably need for fillings.
