Somehow my paperwork ended up with another patient and I have never been to this office before. This lady called me and said my information was sent home with her and she called me about it. This is absolutely unacceptable and a huge HIPPA violation this manager or supervisor better call me back!!

He saved my life After months of being misdiagnosed by other Gastroenterologists and an RNP who gave me the wrong treatment and let my condition overgrow, I met Doctor Chandra and he did everything he could to find out what was my condition and to find a solution.
