Before going in, the staff told me the check-up would only cost $50. Once I went in and lay down, they started working on my teeth and the cost ended up being $400. They were also very pushy about scheduling a tooth extraction for the following day. This felt misleading because I was told the visit would only cost $50 at the beginning.

The front desk staff were polite, but the dentist himself was very rude. When I walked in, there was no greeting at all. The first thing he asked was whether I had insurance, and then he literally asked, “What do you want?” which felt very rude. I tried to stay polite and looked at him while he was speaking, but he asked me why I was looking at him and told me to look up. My experience with Dr. Cheung was great. She was very professional and was good at communicating all the steps involved throughout the dental appointment, whether it was teeth cleaning or taking x-rays. It was easy to book an appointment over the phone (they're closed on Tuesdays) although I wish they accepted credit or debit (only cash or cheques at this time). Dr. Cheung is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Highly recommend.
