Dr. Nancy Ling cares deeply for her patients. When you walk into her office you feel comfortable and they are either ready to see me or the wait is never more than 15 minutes, I've been going to see her for over 18 years Never had a bad experience. Everyone in my community knows that SHE is the absolute best.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
