Was really good the first year or so, lately its inconsistent. Service is good.
The sushi is by far the best we've had yet! The wasabi is perfect made Josh happy he found some so hot!
Waited 40 minutes and never got any food, finally walked out. Poor wait staff

I come to Anchorage for work about every 3 - 6 months. This is my go to joint for a couple reasons. Actually, one reason. Consistency. I get the same thing every time. The peppered beef with asparagus over Jasmine rice. Every time its great. I sit at the bar, get my IPA, watch whatever sports are on the TV, and have a nice quiet meal. I usually go around 8 pm. Love it here! The food is always top notch. Great service too! Plus they have an amazing selection of wines. The beef used in the dishes is always amazingly tender!
It really sad to see a restaurant have such good foods but poorly service , my server not even know what is on the menu and what is out of order , I'm really sad to say I will never come back here again . I came 2 times in last month and the first time I have to wait for 2 hours before the foods come , the very last time I come about 5 pm was hoping the restaurant not too busy we might get a better service , maybe 3 table including our table and it still took them an hour for our food
