Talked to a Jeffery P***** and he would give me no information, there is no way to verify who these people are or what this is for, and he would not provide the information. I’m a veteran with ptsd and don’t trust random letters. There’s are scams all the time and while barely legal in the eyes of the law they are still a scam. I just received a letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP saying I owed $125 on a speeding ticket from 2003. When I looked at the public record, it says I paid only $65 of the total bill. This doesn't make sense to me. I would never have paid for part of a ticket and not all of it. This is the first time I have heard from the City of Dallas since 2003 that I owed money. The ticket in question happened 3/16/2003; 17 years ago... I haven't had a ticket since.

Complete scam, they will argue with you even if you give them proof of payments to your municipality.

Complete and total scam! Received a letter from his law firm today (3/30/21) stating that I failed to respond to a previous correspondence from them with regard to a supposed Photo Enforcement Violation in my local city. I have never received anything from this law firm before today nor have I received any notifications or proof of any violation. SCAM!!!!

I received a letter (50099820) from this firm stating that I had a citation (***********) turn now warrant from 9/6/2016 for "Fail to Display Driver's License" in ************. I have been pulled over only 4 times in the 18 years of driving and only received a ticket 2 of those times. I have NEVER not shown my license. Where they are talking about I was pulled over, I have NEVER been pulled over. They sent a collection notice for an unpaid toll for a licence plate that was never registered to us (business). In fact, I'm not sure Colorado ever used the numbering convention of the plate they're indicating has an unpaid toll. Also suspect, we never received an original bill from the tollway. I'm going with scam, and until someone provides me with proof, they can stuff it. Like others have questioned, how do they have an A+ rating?

I received a letter with my name attached to an unknown address that I owed all these property taxes. I called and said I didn't know this address and the person on the other end tried to make it sound like I was an "heir" of this property or something! I was put on hold but hung up. I didn't trust this place. Their website has the date 2021 as the origin date. So they sounded too suspicious to me. After reading these reviews I feel better about my decision to do nothing. I received two letters saying that my tax payments from 2019 had not been made and my property would be sold on the county steps. I called the county and reviewed my taxes on line and they have been paid in full, with no late fees. This law firm is a scam, trying to get you to pay them money that you don't owe. BEWARE.
