Im very happy with the work! Magdiel and his team were transparent and did a clean job. I hired Lineas construction to repair a gas line to my outdoor fire pit. Even after we discovered that the job was going to be bigger than we once thought, Magdiel honored the labor cost and allowed me pay for the extra replacement parts myself. My experience with M. Reyes at Lineas construction has been nothing but superb. He's extremely detail oriented and the real deal. I've now used his services a couple of times and have happily recommended him to friends as well. Trustworthy, honest, fair pricing, and great work. It's comforting to have found a contractor I can rely on. HIGHLY recommend!
Magdiel Reyes is extraordinary. He present the options in a very concise manner. I had a toilet leak that needed repairs and subfloor work. Mr Reyes got his team out the next day. Trustworthy. Upfront. Fair. Reasonable pricing. I found Lineas by accident in a Google search. They’ll definitely be my go to for problems abd renovations.
Very reasonable and great detailed workmanship. When the work was done at the end of the day the guys cleaned up so well you'd never know they were there! Roof was completed in three days and everything (flower boxes, spot lights and walkway lights were placed exactly how they were. I highly recommend Magdiel and his crew!
I am so impressed and happy with the work performed. They removed popcorn ceiling from 2 rooms and were not only very professional but the work was done quickly and efficiently! I will use them in the future for any home needs and highly refer them to friends/family.
