The worst HOA management I have had to deal with. They do not follow their rules and regulations for all people the pick and choose who and what they can get away with. They never responded to anything within a timely manner. Getting anything repaired in the building was a nightmare. They had awful communication.
Horrible. They ignore work orders. Ignore email. Do not return phone calls. I could say a lot more but 1 star speaks for itself.
Dutton street lowell property. This place has four ChargePoint stations and potentially eight cars can be charging at the same time. Linear property management has spent a lot of money to put signs saying, "spaces can be used by non electric vehicles". Now, no ev car can be charged. Looks like they hate the guts of EV owners Instead they have to put signs saying EV charging vehicles only, others will be towed at owners expense. I was shocked to see such a property manager.
In my experience as a homeowner, this HOA management company has been rude, they have ignored my maintenance issues, and I did not get the expected level of professionalism. Dealing with them has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I am concerned about my community under the management of this company. And sadly the property is not in a great shape
