I guess I picked the wrong day to come here according to the reviews. They absolutely would not allow me to check in early. Got the door at my apt time however been 2 hours so far and they haven’t even started loaded me yet. Street parking sucks real bad. So much for getting out of LA before rush hour but hey maybe I will sit here another 4 hours and rush hour well be over.
Don't come more than 5 minutes early. Pretty fast process. My appointment was 10 AM and I'm loaded, it's 1055 AM. Now just waiting for paperwork. Clean bathroom and very nice office staff.
One of the worst lineage in the country. They put you in a door and then don’t touch your truck for many hours with your reefer running at -10 for hours and hours. They have no concept of time. Filthy neighborhood.
