The worst place me and my drivers have ever delivered. I have given them the benefit of the doubt on multiple occasions but have never been out of this place in under 4 hours. Organization and communication are poor. Management is to blame. Either they are booking to many loads or have horrible processes. Had this issue in both Fort Worth and in Chicago.
Over 6 hours to get 12 pallets..ridiculous..
Takes 4 hours to unload. They have overnight parking. But docks are kinda tight when they are busy.
