One of the worst pedi/Mani experience. First they had my appointment incorrectly when I had an email confirming the time. 2nd I soaked my feet in a foot spa that you can buy at Walmart, which at the beginning the water temp was Luke warm and by the time she got to my other foot I was in cold water, which was awesome on a 20 degree day!! Then instead of toe inserts, she placed paper towels between toes to paint. 3rd For my manicure I soaked my hand in cold water, asked her to trim nails to same length, which she didn't. We have the honor of having Anna & Elsa from Lindy's castle show up for our daughter Layken's 4th birthday party. Lindy was amazing to work with- and her Anna & Elsa are top notch! Not only do they really look like them- they SING! They actually sing with their voices- amazing! One of the girls even told her mom at the party "I know these are finally the real Anna & Elsa because I can tell by their eyes!" Great great job!!
