The photos attached are expectations vs reality for my experience with Lindvall Florist. My order was $160+ and the website advertisement does not reflect what was delivered. Very sloppy arrangement and zero customer service effort. I called the day they were delivered and I emailed them as instructed by the person answering the phone. I seriously don't know how you allowed this arrangement to make it out your doors. Very misleading. I could have just as easily got a much better product at Publix for half the price. Sorry it took so long to write a review. Having worked for a florist I have never seen/or done such a beautiful arrangement. I think it was 45 roses! They lasted over a week! Only thing I did differently was added some fairy lights to enjoy at night. Great job Lindaval!
Great delivery
The flowers were sent by my brother for my mom's 91st birthday, the arrangement is beautiful and healthy. But the best part of it all was when the gentleman asked to sing her happy birthday, I wanted to cry. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. God bless you 🙏 ❤️
