Outstanding customer service, I had a refrigerator, washer, & dryer delivered, and old stuff hauled away. The only thing is installers forgot to take the plastic wrap with them, I have a small basement, and the plastic wrap was tucked kind of behind the furnace. I didn't realize it until after they left. Not a big deal though, I have contractor garbage bags to put this in. It was pouring rain off and on raining in my basement entrance, so this is minor considering all they had to do.
Needed service and it was fast and very professional.
Service is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Good prices but after a year of having my machine and there are many other people with the same problems, computer boards are made by another junk factory so its safe to say, after your warranty is up by 3 months or better, your computer board will go out and it'll cost you out of pocket another $275 bucks. Plus in top of that, the motor will continue to run which will burn that up too.
