I've known Dick Lindstrom and Jack Patch for decades and they provide the best service in the Galesburg area. They have a staff that are super nice and very efficient. Over the years, I've bought many appliances and TV's over that time. Jack is the best appliance repairman and most experienced in our whole county, period! He will tell you exactly what is wrong and fix it.
Outstanding customer service, I had a refrigerator, washer, & dryer delivered, and old stuff hauled away. The only thing is installers forgot to take the plastic wrap with them, I have a small basement, and the plastic wrap was tucked kind of behind the furnace. I didn't realize it until after they left. Not a big deal though, I have contractor garbage bags to put this in. It was pouring rain off and on raining in my basement entrance, so this is minor considering all they had to do.
Needed service and it was fast and very professional.
Service is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
