Took my money and didn’t complete the work. Didn’t answer my calls or emails so I gave up as I no longer needed his services.
Kevin has not returned my calls, emails, or text messages in over 18 months, Nor has he responded to the insurance company that is handling my case. I thought Kevin was the type of attorney who ignored calls so he could spend his time working on cases - then I would see results. I do not believe that. I do not know why Kevin has not responded. Perhaps the Texas Barr can assist me with Kevin. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I hired Kevin to represent me for my mother’s estate. He doesn’t respond for several weeks at a time. Don’t hire him!! Ended up firing him and never received my refund for remaining retainer. Shameful!
I change the review from one star to three stars because Kevin Lindstrom did complete the Probate on October 16th 2023. I understand that cancer is a very private matter, but I wish the Mr. Lindstrom had let me know that he was having health problems, instead of what seem to me to be misleading statements. I am very sorry to hear about the cancer. Lindstrom has one last task to complete and that is the inventory that is supposed to be turn in by now.
