The doctor performed nasaI surgery in 2022 on me. I recently Called because I believe I have a sinus infection. I wanted to have the PA call me. After the grilling from the front desk person who said because the PA wasn't on the staff when I was last seen she wouldn't be able to call me. When I told her I had a bad sinus infection and questioned why that wasn't possible the uncaring front desk person became rude and authoritarian and bossy.
