I initially contacted these folks via email. Lacey was excellent and responded to my email immediately. She gave me all the info I required and we booked services. Yesterday the service man came to my daughters house that they just moved into. We wanted to be proactive. It is down south and lots of bugs reside there. Anyway, the service man was just as pleasant as Lacey, he was professional and courteous. We have been more than pleased with everything. Highly recommend
