My dad passed away Nov 6th, 2019. Lindsey’s was suppose to give us death certificate. I ordered 7. It is now January 16th, 2020. Still have not received death certificates. My stepmom has had to deal with issues that required a death certificate. So frustrating.
We prearranged my mother in law’s funeral several years ago when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. That’s a decision that I now regret. My mother in law passed away this evening and I called to make arrangements for the funeral home to transport her from Evansville. The answering service connected me with Mr. Lindsey. I found him to be completely rude and disrespectful. He acted as if I was annoying him and he didn’t want to be bothered.
