Dr Hicks was not only professional but she really listened to my concerns. She helped me out with a huge scar on my neck from a surgery. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Hicks conducted my annual body check exam. During exam she said she could take care of a wart on my finger by freezing. I intended to first try an over the counter wart removal product and asked Dr. Hick if there would be a charge for the freezing. She said there would be no charge if she froze the wart in current appointment, but charged if I came back for another appointment. I had the wart frozen; resulting in a large blood blister, taking 3 weeks to heal, and was billed for procedure.
Had a spot on my skin, went to see Dr. Hicks. From the very beginning her and her staff were caring, efficient, quick and the very best bedside manners. I always look forward to our appointments. If any of my friends or family have skin care needs/concerns, this will be the doctor I refer them too.
