My property sold in June, 2025. Thanks to Eric, who provided the help I needed and more to get everything done. He answered every concern and question I had, helped with getting all the documents completed, did everything to coordinate and work with seller representatives, inspectors... can't express my appreciation enough for the work he did.
Eric did an incredible job helping us find out first home. He was responsive and joined us for every open house we asked him to. He knows the area of Boston very well and never put pressure on us to make an offer that we were uncomfortable with. He was also KEY in getting us a property that had multiple offers. There aren’t enough superlatives in the English language to express how I feel about Eric. He’s resourceful, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, considerate, and so very helpful. Attempting to coordinate the sale of my house in Massachusetts while living in Virginia was a logistical nightmare and without Eric it never would have happened. I cannot thank him and his team enough for everything they did to make sure the process was as smooth and painless for me as possible.
