I first went to see Lindsay for an orthopedic issue with my shoulder. At that time she told me "I can fix your shoulder and help you feel better overall than you've felt before" - she was right! Over the span of 3 years she helped me address my shoulder issue, improve my sleep, lower my overall stress levels, and work with me on a host of other orthopedic challenges. I would definitely recommend Lindsay for orthopedic and general acupuncture.
I've worked with Lindsay for the last several months on some shoulder/neck pain and tightness -- the technique that she uses works remarkably well for managing trigger points. After spending just a few minutes on it the first session, I noticed that my neck range of motion had significantly improved, and the intermittent pain I had been experiencing for literal years hasn't reoccured. Lindsay has been excellent at creating a collaborative plan in listening to my requests as well as using her own expertise. Would recommend!
I came to Lindsay due to digestive issues and fatigue and after several months of care am feeling infinitely better. I used to have daily digestive upset and my symptoms have been reduced significantly. Lindsay is a great active listener and takes a great deal of time and attentiveness to get to know you holistically.
Lindsay has a really lovely energy and is clearly a passionate healer, and all of her work is super mindful of the mind/body connection. I came to her with chronic fatigue and chronic pain, as well as emotional trauma and grief. Her treatments made me feel exponentially better on both fronts.
Cannot speak highly enough of Lindsay and her practice. The benefits I've experienced have been enormous.
