I took in a van that was losing battery power. When told I needed a new one I resisted vigorously because mine was only a year old. After complaining and getting a new service advisor and mechanic we found that I was wrong and Lindsay put in the battery without ever pointing out my mistake. I am humbled by how well they handled my behavior. I will be glad to return when the next problem arises. Larry Johnson
