Dr. Ferraro is amazing. She is a fierce advocate for her patients, she is kind, understanding, super compassionate and trustworthy. She very knowledgeable in her field and great at what she does. I am so very happy to have her on my care team!
I just called this office spoke to a receptionist and asked her generalized question when can I get in to see the doctor her response was I don't know sometime in the spring that pretty much sums it up glad i didn't make a apt the neg reviews r factual stay away from this place
The most unprofessional doctors office I've ever encountered. I've been waiting months for an appointment with significant neurological symptoms impacting my life. Ive spoken with the office multiple times over this time confirming the appointment, ensuring the chart was faxed over etc. I was supposed to see them at 1245pm. They called me at 10am of that day and told me that the dr. reviewed my chart and cancelled my appointment and has already filled the spot with another patient.
