A “C” rating by the Better Business Bureau is generous. Incompetent, Lying, Thieves is how I describe my experience at Lindsay. A) Incompetent - I bought a late model Wrangler. It had gone through their “hundreds of points inspection,” yet, the lock on the passenger door does not work, the back soft top panel zipper is broken prohibiting the top from being put down, and the vehicle was not property serviced – all 4 tires low on air. My experience at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge, Jeep Ram in Manassas, VA was terrible! After weeks of negotiating over the phone, text and email for a 2019 Jeep and agreeing on a price of $37,783, plus $799 processing fee, tax, tag and title and "no other fees" or freight fees (a fee they charge on top of the destination charge that is not found on the sticker - to get the vehicle from Baltimore to Virginia), I agreed to purchase the vehicle and drove one hour to pick it up. I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 truck. The pricing on the internet and in person was very deceptive. We found a $4000.00 error in the dealerships favor that they could not explain. The initial offer on my trade in was laughable. And this morning I found out the Mopar Service Plan that I was talked (pressured) into purchasing does not cover anything at 7,500 miles as I was assured by both the salesman and the finance guy (the website was down, so they couldn't show it to me), it only covers items at 10k mile intervals. I strongly recommend that you avoid Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on a Rubicon. Lindsay gave me a corroded key that soon stopped working. Lindsay refused to fix or replace it. Lindsay also refused to schedule a recall service (the death wobble). I called twice to schedule the service, and both times, Lindsay misrepresented that my car was not subject to the recall. If I had trusted them, I would have had a potentially fatal safety issue. Ok ,it's time to write the truth after several attempts to fix the issue with this dealership. I inquired about a car and the sales consultant Hassan A******* immediately called me to come see the car. He insisted with calls constantly until i got there. I have to mention that i told him that was coming from two hours away and I'm 9 months pregnant so he can tell me all the details before i get there. Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's service department and sales management is horrible. I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport S in May. We found out after the purchase, before we left the lot, there was a huge spot on the soft top and there was a white film on the tail light covers. They told us to take the Jeep home and bring it back when we returned from vacation.
