I had been calling the dealership all week on a Durango they have on their lot, my daughter had totaled her car hitting a deer and needed a new car. I spoke to three different sales managers and was dealing with one of the salesman. I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman, on 10/21/2020, from the Lindsay Chrysler in Manassas, VA. The check engine light came on and I took the Mini to Lindsay Chrysler for repairs on 11/20/2020. I was informed, on 11/24/2020, by Lindsay Chrysler's Service Department that they did not have certified Mini Repairmen that could properly diagnose and repair the issue. I really wish I had read the reviews before I decided to take a chance and purchase my car here. First issue, ZERO efforts to communicate once the down payment was made. Second issue, several back and forth lies about when the car would be shipped and keep in mind I had to CONTACT them even for those lies. Deceptive business practices at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge, Jeep Ram in Manassas, VA. I should have read some of these reviews before going there but got lured in by their false advertising. I gave them two stars because they were friendly and courteous. However, they get 0 stars for honesty and transparency. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR "LOVE IT PRICE." It is a gimmick, a scam. 21 minutes ago I was sold a new car with less than 100 miles on it and found out after another Dodge dealership inspected my new Ram that salvage parts from a car totaled in TX had been put in my car. The car is not safe and Lindsey said there is nothing they can or will do and have walked away from the problem. This has been the worst experience and worst customer service I have ever had. Deceived customer and snuck in their "Certified package" into the sales price, after we faithfully negotiated the "Out the door" price. Then claimed the signed working paper was overnighted to the main HQ, so they can't produce the dual signed document. One time we trusted the "Big Dealership", we got cheated. Not trustworthy. They are NO BETTER THAN used car salesmen you will find outside military bases around the United States who prey on young Soldiers/Sailors.
