Sam had made my process of getting insurance so easy. After talking to him for 5 mins I switched my insurance over with him.
Tammy was very polite, nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. She is the epitome of customer service. She is an asset to your company, and I really appreciate dealing with her. Give her an atta girl for me.
Everything is going well so far with my claim. I must say that the process was pretty seamless with reporting the claim, getting an estimate, and reserving a replacement vehicle. State Farm has taken really good care of me during this process thus far. All I have to do now is wait to have the work done on my car, which will begin on Jan 26. You guys are great! Thank you!
