Extremely unprofessional, rude and overall unenjoyable experience. Flowers come rotten at the root with fungus, spreading onto the rest of the roses. This happened after one day of keeping the arrangement. Lady at the register blamed me for apparently tampering with the roses instead of holding themselves accountable. I thought I was purchasing quality with the price I was paying. Wouldn’t recommend for ANY occasion. They’re outrageously rude!

Honestly their customer service was so bad. I had barely got roses yesterday to make a flower arrangement put them in water nd in a freezer to keep them nice and fresh opens them the next day half of the flowers were dead. Some fell off and when i would pick up a rose the petals would just fall off. The roses looked all rotten instead of fresh.
