After 5 years of taking my kids to this pediatrician, I forgot to make a $20 copay, and when I called to make an appointment, was told I had been discharged as a patient. I offered to pay immediately and apologized. I have been a little distracted, being a mom with 2 kids, working 60 hours per week, caring for my elderly mother, and battling cancer. The visit was okay but his subsequent chart notes did not match the visit discussions. Further the chart notes were somewhat unprofessional in the way he discussed my personal opinion of the situation which he disagreed with.
