If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their staff is useless. They can't keep my kids records straight. They are charging me for a doctor that they told me was under my coverage but after I started receiving a bill; they "forgot" to set that doctor up with my insurance, then the Dr quit and gave me no feedback on my daughter. The manager at the time told me they would waive the $600 but they fired him so now they are saying I have to pay it. is it not highly unethical for the owner,Renae l to be posting about herself and her business,the only two positive reviews are from her,I am sorry but that is just wrong horrible! Do not go here unless you can afford 190 dollars for a missed appointment,our son was sick,the business manager never returns calls,another business manager was interrogative and rude,the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Stay away - go elsewhere - not a professional organization!!!! My son started at Linder and we made full payment for many visits - then Linder billed our insurance - they are an in network provider for my insurance plan. Insurance paid Linder, I already paid Linder and can not get a reimbursment of my fees. I have called my insurance company 15 times to work with Linder and they hit road block after road block - they were at a lose as to what to do next because they have paid them in full. go here if you want to get screwed – For all prospective clients.... make certain that you read the cancellation policy thoroughly and pay close attention to your bills. As a new patient, I could not agree with the 72 cancellation notice ( 3 BUSINESS DAYS). No exceptions. When I addressed this fact while filling out my paperwork and telling them that I disagree with this policy, they cancelled my appt and billed me for the full session. When you are the mother of a suicidal child waiting to get in to see the doctor, you want them to have a strict no show policy. There are children who need these appointments and it is very selfish to not show up and not call and cancel. People are waiting months to get in to see this outstanding doctor. Why are you so entitled to think that you should be able to waste the doctors time like that?
Worst Psychiatrists, Too Expensive and Incredibly Incompeten – Linder Psychiatric group has the worst billing department ever. I left because the staff never processed my claims to my insurance correctly. They are just now contacting me regarding a bill for a date of service that happened three years ago. The first time I have heard if it was a week ago and they want to send me to collections over it?!?!? They have shady business practices and are rude, and incompetent. It is a business and if you want a report done you do have to pay for it. How is the doctor suppose to pay for the staff, phones, space, insurance etc... if they do not charge you? Do you expect the doctor who runs the support group to do it for you for free? Obviously you do. This is entitlement.
dishonest billing practices – I showed up on time for an appt. The door was locked. There was no answer when I called the office outside the door. I was told I should have called the emergency number. Since when is a locked door an emergency? Mary, in billing, is threatening collections. What a headache!
Business response:
You did not show up for your appointment and did not call the doctor on call to open the door. You did not leave a message on the machine indicating that you were having a problem. You wasted the doctors time when there are suicidal patients who need to be seen. That is not dishonest billing practices, that is you not showing up for your appointment.
Worst Psychiatric group – they only understand money, nothing else. they will milk you till death. 3 appointment in a week to prescribe same medicine she is taking for 3 years. if you talk 5 min over phone they will charge you 15 min app. and
