Awful office, awful doctors. Multiple times they messed up my prescriptions. Takes days to get a refill, days to ever get a call back and actually speak with someone. Anytime you call it rings for 3-5 mins straight before you have anyone even pick up the phone..had to call over 10 times before I even was able to speak to them. I currently have a huge issue and I came to my doctor and they refused to help me. Claims I haven't been there in a long time which is false and thee excuse they used to not help me. Dr. Stephanie Barel is the real deal! You can tell that she genuinely cares about people... she spent more time with me in one visit than my previous PCP did in all my visits with him combined .Some people become doctors for the money, but you can tell that Dr. Barel became a doctor to help people... I highly recommend her!!!
I like how they were able to take down my comment.! I think it’s funny today I decided to no longer use this as my PCP Because the way I was treated, I just want everyone to remember this. You don’t have to use your PCP. You can always find a new one if you don’t like the way you’re treated you can always get a second opinion and you can always go somewhere else. that’s what I did after the way I was treated to day.
