Worst Dealership of all time!!!!!!! False Advertising!!! – Same experience from man in Georgia. Called phone number to verify cars on lot from Autotrader. Woman on phone said they are definitely available and to come in soon to test drive. Took a 3 1/2 hour drive to get there and when I arrived I was told that no cars existed that I wanted. They said all 9 cars that I was interested in were already sold and none were available!!!! False advertising – Advertise great prices on autotrader just to get you in. Contacted twice to verify that vehicle was in stock and price. Call 10 min before arriving was told yes they have the car. Sales person at lot told me the car I was looking at was $2000 more then advertised in autotrader and that the one listed had been sold. Yet the VIN matched the add. Would not shop here.
That place is a JOKE – Same thing as you guys. they sold me a car that does not work and it has been almost two weeks. they do not want to talk to me on the phone, the place and cars are disgusting, i found the only car that seemed to be cleaner than the others but unfortunately the one that does not work. the guy was trying hard to make us pay the insurance ($200 down + $85 each month) but since we did not want it he generously offered us the $200; of course because he knew the car had issues and did not want to be the one ... read more
Linden Used Cars : STAY AWAY – It is EXACTLY as stated by jaybo! Called to check availability, she said "it is still available" and asked me to "come and see" and then she hung up on me (very polite of her). The salesmen were trying to get rid of me, and one was sending me to the other, when I requested help they said "go over there and take a look", plus the cars listed on autotrader.... NEVER EXISTED. WARNING: LINDEN USED CAR (A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME) – I logged on to Autotrader to search for a used car to buy and i was happy to see some nice cars at unbeatable prices from Linden Used Car.
