It's a major disappointment that the care for the residents is poor. Unfortunately, the resident is not being bathed often enough. Rashes under her folds on her body, dirty hair and dirty toilet is what I see when I'm there. Several times this issue has been brought up to management, but there's no improvement.

Took a tour liked what my brother and I saw. Moved mother in last month. Staff and professional nurses all great. I often sit with mother for a late breakfast and staff comes and asked her what she would like. Makes her feel special.
