I have really enjoyed living here. I always get compliments on how cute my apartment is and a lot of that has to do with the details that have been built into it. It has been really conveniently located for me being near the inner urban trail and within a few minutes of I5 and the light rail. these apartments are so incredible, they we're so much help when we urgently needed to move to a bigger unit. They are always there when we need something.
Great staff from office management to the maintenance team. Great units , great pricing , can’t really go wrong unless it’s something on your end - the staff is more than flexible and helps where they can- in my honest opinion this is the best floor plans you will get for the buck! Gated and key coded property that’s secure- tenants are decent - no noise or rowdy neighbors- not much drama inside the complex- overall I would rate a 10/10 Patrick and staff are great - honest review
Roy was great and very welcoming. Enjoyed touring Cooper apartments and the amenities and common areas were beautifully it just wasnt the best fit for me.
