Updating as review has been suppressed. 1. USPS has shut off all package delivery due to theft. The building required you to pay $20 fetch fee to have USPS packages delivered. 2. Gunfire: Last Weekend I heard a large amount of gun fire while watching TV, there were reports of an assault in the building yesterday. 3. Security system/Gate system is outdated an unreliable and they won't fix or replace it. Issue since 2024 multiple breakin. 4. I live on the first floor near the lobby, and the tenants next to me & across from them are unhygienic hoarders. The smell on the first floor when entering the building or stepping out of my unit is just disgusting. It's been going for over a year, bringing in cockroaches as well (which for the time are unseen). But the smell makes you literally gag sometimes and makes your eyes sting. The management layer tons of perfume, but it does nothing, and the odor extends from the hall into the entire lobby. It becomes an overpoweri... read more
