Process was smooth and professional. Melle was very helpful and quick to respond. Building has great amenities.
6/13 Update - maintenance (3 Men) let themselves into my unit after a single knock without waiting for me to answer the door. Attached is his email response from the management with zero acknowledgement that this is unacceptable; they were 1 min shy of walking in on me with my partner.
