I love living here! The building is awesome and Trish has always been quick to respond to our questions/concerns. Any time there has been an issue or a repair needed management and maintenance responded quickly! Parking is tight, but I am just happy to have a secure space off the street to leave my car!
Frustration and false promises I frequent linden lofts as a result of my girlfriends residence. Now, they are quite beautiful, but I have watched my girlfriend and her roommate try many times to have multiple issues resolved. Management throws band aid solutions at surgical problems( I will get into detail- this complaint is most certainly warranted) If you are planning on renting here, I HIGHLY suggest you reconsider. I'm sorry to hear of the frustration your partner has experienced. I wish to respond to your main concerns: - Garage: there are multiple parking lots available to tenants. The number of spaces in the garage is limited and therefore the tenant's choice to use. - Elevator: the building has two functional elevators. When there has been an issue with one of the elevators we have had the repair company out at their next available appointment and signs are posted to ensure no one uses the elevator while the service is down.
