Watch out! They will charge you $35 just to replace old refrigerator filters! Total scam to pay for maintenance they are responsible for! God knows what else they will charge you for.
Recommendedyesss!! is a beautiful place for live! I recommend, is clean and the swimming pool area is amazing!
don’t live here, their apartments are awkwardly shaped, the office is rude, and they are just in the worst place
qualoty went way down once the ownership changed and the rent went way up..... we started seeing rats in the pool area and snakes all over and in the prior 2 years of living there we had never encountered these issues.
My car along with 16 other cars got their windows smashed last night, not to mention they are always sending emails to lock your doors and secure belongings in your vehicle (AKA they know stuff is happening but still don’t hire a security guard/cop to drive around). We always have trash in front of our building, it’s like clockwork I can tell when trash is going to turn up. And neighbors with dogs that bark for hours on end. Please, do NOT move here unless you want to risk your car getting broken into.
I wanted to take a second to write something about Linden Crossroads. This is a wonderful little community with so many nice amenities! It was recently purchased by a different leasing company and I know they had a few rough patches with the transition, but it seems like they’ve got it all figured out now! The owners before were great. But the new management is trash. They do just the bare minimum in order to keep the place running. They take weeks to fix anything, sometimes months. They don’t enforce rules like owners letting their dogs poop on the sidewalk and leave it there, smokers, and all around messy people. Avoid it, it's a complete garbage. Go anywhere else. Management dismisses any complaints, and is not truthful with residents. Expect to not receive a statement for a couple of months.
