I moved into the Linden Court apartments this year and it has been a wonderful first apartment for me so far. Despite being an older building, it is very clean and well kept. My unit is clean and neighbours I have met have been very respectful and kind. Management are very easily reached and very accommodating. I am enjoying living here.

Linden Court Apartments is a well cared for facility. Walter, Kate and Keith are proactive and responsive in keeping the property in good repair as well as general day to day cleanliness. All management staff are very friendly and approachable. The rentals are in a good neighborhood and location, close to shopping, car dealerships and parks. Have just renewed my lease after 4 years and intend on staying here for the forseeable future as the property is well maintained and the location is great, residents are friendly and respectful. Kate, Keith and Walter do a fantastic job of responding to any questions or concerns in a timely manner, as well as keeping the residents informed of any issues, news or social events. Kate & Keith are professional, friendly, and operate with a high degree of integrity. They truly care about the property and the tenants, making it feel like a home rather than just a rental. I never feel like a stranger passing through; they are always approachable and helpful with any questions.
