A beautifully maintained property. Kate and Keith are wonderful landlords who care. They do an excellent job at keeping the building clean and safe.Â
I love to live at Linden Court building. It is a really clean, organized and quiet place with great neighbors and wonderful atmosphere. The apartment is perfect for us and the managers (Walter, Kate and Keith) are very helpful and competent. If you have a problem, they will fix it ASAP.Â
It's rare to find people who care about you while doing their job right. Kate, Keith and Walter have found that balance of friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism that creates real success! Congratulations!!Â
The building is well kept. Hallways and stairwells clean and LOVE the motion sensor lights in the hallways. Great idea for energy savings.Â
