horrible experience with everyone at this facility extremely messy and unprofessional. phlebotomist has a chart of how to take blood hung up, and the room for bloodwork was small crowded and unclean. not to mention the absolute unprofessionalism demonstrated by the staff here or the fact that i was ghosted for weeks without any fills or information on how to obtain my medication that was low, causing me to go into withdrawal and need iv fluids + meds from the er.
