Theo Linde is awesome, would highly recommend! Personal, practical, and won’t rip you off. I am pretty savvy with house stuff, including general electrical work, but ran into an issue I thought it was gonna cost thousands. Ignore the hater ass reviews, this guy is great. Yes, he only communicates over email and sure I can see how that's a hassle for some ppl, but he does solid work, he was super responsive and he was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
