I made reservations 4 days prior to the date I wanted to come to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. He loves this place. I called the day of to confirm my party of 13 for 630 pm. We ALL showed up on time only to find out they did not save our seats! I had 13 people (adults and children) waiting to celebrate a birthday and no seating. The hostess said "sorry we know you made a reservation but we have no seats for you" and didn't know when there would be a seat available. My son was so disappointed and I am super angry!
