Cheap cheap cheap! Extremely cheap houses. Been here almost 3 years and baseboards coming up, vinyl flooring pulling up, carpet gapping, floors creaking, doors off kilter, walls cracked, not one single room is square (we learned this the hard way when we tried to tile our bathroom). Doorknobs fall off all the time, sidewalk is cracked, and it's plainly evident that they just laid sod on a pile of trash as we are constantly digging up soda cans and crap left by the construction crew 3 years ago. Our siding falls off if you lo... read more

Run away from them as fast as you can!!!!! Run as fast as you can!!! You can never get a straight answer on anything. The upgrade charges are insane!! After all the issues we had and speaking to some of the home owners we got out of our contract. The sweat equity is a joke. We are now building a house that is absolutely incredible with free upgrades and paying less for 600 more sq ft. If you want an apartment grade home then you maybe happy. Just don't expect to get issues fixed quickly.

carpeted air vents A friend bought a house and I noticed what seemed like a shortage of ac/heat vents in two large rooms. We went downstairs and saw the air ducts leading to the rooms, but the vents were covered over with floooring and carpet.

Lindbergh Properties There is no intergrity behind their work, it is short cut,and poor quality. They hide behind the fact that they are so"afforadable". It will Not be affordable in the end to do bussiness with this company. I hope one person can be saved the misery of a Linbergh construction built property. Even the property, yards, ect need to be looked over carefully before considering one of these homes, also ask about insulation, plumbing, ect. anyone considering might be suprised it is infact "cheap",or missing certai... read more

wife When we built our new home in Jefferson county we visited several homesites before choosing one we could afford. We were met by a lady that walked us thru the whole process from financing using their sweat equity program to what to expect along the building process. Even tho it was the less expensive Rose model it was " our" home. and we just had to paint and seed and straw our lot " labor part" to be able to afford it. Several friends after hearing what we did moved out here also. We are in Valley Oaks subdivision.

Avoid at all costs! The construction by Lindbergh is awful. The products they use are second-rate, the exterior paint peels off, they do not honor contracts, the decks are unstable and they ignore requests for maintenance covered by warranty. The concrete work was especially bad, cracking, uneven, awful steps driveways.

Wost builder ever There can't be a "company" more incompetent than this. There isn't a straight wall in the 2 story house. Almost every 10 feet the floors squeak. They don't have their 1st month, 6th month, or first year walk-through like promised on close. They have poor concrete laid. Just poor quality. They weren't that inexpensive here in LSL. I got skrewed. :( My advice to you is to avoid at all costs.

Great Experience I was very nervous about purchasing a new home and was extremely unfamiliar with the process and I can say that Lindbergh Properties did an excellent job of leading us through the homebuilding process from financing to construction. The warranty program has been great and I feel that they are very responsive to any requests/questions that we have had. I would definitely recommend them to a first-time buyer!
