I really enjoy going here- I've been a customer for about a year. After going other places in Spartanburg, I've gotten the best quality here. I recommend going in the mornings (if possible) because, like any other business, quality goes down when there's a crowd and people feel rushed. The people there are nice- there are a couple employees that are less fluent in English, but still very nice. (I think they may be perceived as rude if you weren't aware of the language barrier.) The lady working on me didn't even talk to me at all while she did my pedi..she and all the other ladies were talking back in forth in their language and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. She was a little rough on my feet and I was trying to tell her that but I don't think she understood me, she just smiled, nodded and carried on. Other than that the pedi was decent but I felt like she rushed the whole time. I don't know if I'll go back.
This guy kept burning my skin, so I blow it off. Then kept taking off y he fingernail polish. Well I pay and leave a tip only to go in my car and inspect for my nails. My pointer nail on my left hand and pinky nail on my right are so crooked I went inside thinking they would fix it but he insisted on telling me my finger was crooked?!?! Are you freaking kidding me. I went in to get an eyebrow and lip wax. The lady was sloppy and got wax close to the crease of my eyelid and ended up ripping off my skin. It is now 2 days later and I still can't touch the skin around my eye without cringing. She also missed hair on my lip. And she tweezed my eyebrows for what felt like forever and i have no idea what she was doing because I had to go back an clean them up myself. I will not be going back.
