I went for a cut today and asked for straight across. I was talked into layers. I agreed to doing 1/2-1" shorter layers. I left with my top layers 4" shorter. It looks horrible. I have ever had a hair cut that was so far from what I asked for. I cried. I will never go back again. I didn't ask for it to be fixed in fear it would be further hacked.
I am at the cutting after just having a pretty traumatic childbirth only weeks ago. DESPERATELY needed some ME time after the baby being discharged and having a clean bill of health. had an amazing pedicure & haircut from Alex, and EXCELLENT friendly customer service from all staff expecially Linda. Thank you guys for giving me a day where I could focus on myself! Priceless!!

My granddaughter works there now she does a great job
Linda has been cutting, styling and coloring my hair and my entire family's and extended family's hair for years. She really listens to what you want and gives wonderful cuts. The children in our family always rave about their new haircut.
