I was very impressed that my son when through close to four hours of initial testing and came away with it being a positive experience. I found the staff thoughtful and insightful.
Thomas and Devin were both very warm and welcoming. They explained the process and what to expect very thoroughly. They were patient and answered all my questions with ease. They made what felt like a stressful process seamless, easy and comfortable. I really appreciated their style and manner of communicating. With so much information they laid it all out in a way I could digest and process. A great team!
As a former employee, the treatment of its employees are despicable. Directors and regional managers are threatened by capable, intelligent employees and purposely hinder career advancement. They also grossly lie to EDD. I've fought them in court and won which resulted in EDD benefits and restoration of reputation. A class action lawsuit was also won in regard to this company illegally withholding breaks from its employees. As far as clients, they overcharge and gear towards rich, privileged clientele.
